Priscilla,

The best I can say is find someone who is friends with someone who does 
this. See if you know anyone in Hospice and tell them straight up you 
are interested in that kind of setup. Perhaps try  the people (State) 
who vet licensed alfs- they may know of unlicensed alfs that do not 
raise red flags. Try your local nsg org as well as the np groups. Best
