Pat,
Thanks for your feedback :)......I can tell you that recently I had the
opportunity to teach an undergrad course - something I have actually never
done (15 years teaching grad students!)......and I decided to use Florence
Nightengales Notes on Nursing. I have to say that every time I read that
little $4.95 book, I am incredibly impressed with how beyond her time and
perhaps even still beyond our time, this founding mother of nursing
was......so if you want to be inspired and you want to find the roots for
your "advanced practice" I would encourage you to grab a copy, sit back and
read it in awe! We are just beginning to recognize and address some of the
critical components of health care that she identified!
