well....a significant difference between Ricotta cheese and 'nursing theory'
is that the cheese is unlikely to hurt you (other than rare allergic
reactions or subjective or aesthetic issues)whereas exposure to 'nursing
theory' can cause irreversible mental impairments not amenable to treatment!
