Dear Calif NP (Does anyone else besides me get bugged by posts with no name  
at the end??),
 
You mentioned in your post that in Calif., rates have not gone down. I  don't 
know what type of malpractice insurance you were referring to, NP/PA vs MD  
but my general surgeon husband's CAP-MPT rates went down 12% ( $2,000) in the
