There is also a sock with a strap you can buy online.  It has a name but
darned if I can remember it.  I've never heard feedback on how it works.

There were several with different prices and descriptions.  Called the
Strassburg sock.  This is just one of many.  I'll sock it to ya this new
year!  Or give you a sock-et wrench if you have a screw loose.

Hi Bev-

Plantar fasciitis is tough to get rid of. I've had several patients who
sleep at night with a cowboy boot on the affected foot. They swear by it!
But of course, they've also had injections, NSAIDs, do the exercises, etc.
