[NPInfo] Plantar Fasciitis

I suffered with it for 6 months, took steriods, did exercises and then bought apair of Keen water-hiking shoes. I ordered them off the internet (cheaper) . I wear them all the time, stop doing exercises and NO pain since.!!! They were my lifesavers.
