[NPInfo] Re: PDAs

OK-
I have not participated til now, because I am not yet an NP (or even a NP
student- I am just a wanna-be student at this point).
However, I have LOTS of experience with Epocrates:

Sometimes when Epocrates is being installed for the first time, it takes
several syncs before it gets all the data installed.
During these syncs it may not sync all your other conduits (such as
calendar, etc) if it is setup to reset your pda directly after the sync.
If you sync a few times and get Epocrates fully installed, then the rest of
the conduits will then sync.

If you have a Palm device, all you have to do to turn OFF the Epocrates sync
(AFTER Epocrates is fully installed) is to right click on the hotsync icon
in the bottom right corner of your computer, click on "custom", then
highlight the Epocrates application, and click "change" and you will have
the option to turn it off.

Good luck!!

Roni
