the University of Wisconsin, Madison.  "The Waisman Center is one of nine 
national facilities that includes a Mental Retardation  Developmental 
Disabilities Research Center and a University Center for  Excellence in Developmental 
Disabilities.  The Waisman Center is dedicated  to the advancement of knowledge
