Yes, I see people on it all the time...and there are my tax dollars paying
for it...but when one of us needs it, well, that is another story.  I think
what really gets me is the fact that I  have to agree to random drug testing
to keep my job and that tax money can be diverted from my paycheck to those
on welfare/etc that are doing drugs...how come they don't have to take
random drug tests to qualify to get the money that I earned????  What was
really funny was the lady helping me at the unemployment office...She just
kept saying "She came to your house?"  "I can't believe she came to your
house".  "Just came right into your house and told you this?"

every crack! But, apparently, it happens much more than most people
realize-- unfortunately. How can you be too old for Medicaid?? What about
all the people in the country who are on both Medicaid and Medicare?

medicaid and too young for social security. I am not sure how understanding
the power company and mortgage company are going to be when I run out of $$.
I will start sending out CV's and pounding the pavement but for today, I
have done all I can
