[NPInfo] BON visits

Paula,

My language, which I ran by the BON  states that nothing is excluded and prescribing will be as in standard references such as but not limited to MPR, PDR, Epocrotes, etc.  Same for devices.  In other words, I can prescribe anything I want to and I am covered.
