That is interesting that Take Care pays 42.00 an hour with benefits in Orlando. One and 1/2 years ago in Portland Oregon they were paying 34-39.00 an hour, depending on years of experience. I am not sure how the cost of living in Portland Oregon compares with Orlando. But they were a new company, and maybe now more competitive with the other retail clinic salaries. Minute Clinic  pays 42.00 an hour with benefits in Portland Oregon at this time, so that is interesting that they are only paying 37.00 an hour in Orlando.

Quality of life in Orlando and some other parts of Florida are impacted by traffic.
