Dave:

I could not agree with you more. I still do not believe that a degree, 
by itself, will ever replace experience. While there are differences in 
the approach by MDs, DOs, PAs and NPs, in their training, it is hard to 
dispute the factual data that summarizes the results of everyone's care. 
If someone wants to spend whatever time in an educational setting, let 
them, but, unless the licensing is changed, there will always be 
differences in titles, although not so when it comes to actual care, 
however it is measured. Some people just will not ever believe or accept 
this.

What they do not realize is that this just shoves the crowbar in deeper 
and the ravine may not always be wider, it still gets deeper. Marty
