[NPInfo] Signing with acronym NP

I think we should be like other medical professionals, MD,DO,DDS,DMD,DPM.  We 
should use our educational degree, just the same way they do. Physicians are  
not "P's", nor dentists "D's". NP, and PA are professions not degrees. Let's  
compare apples to apples.
