Well it is interesting but Case Western offers a DNP and you don't need to
be a nurse...it is program designed to start from the ground up. This DNP is
longer because you really are going through 3 phases..the RN component, the
MN component and then the doctoral components. But to apply you don't need
to be an RN. they also have a post-MSN DNP too...and that one you need to be
an MN prepared NP.
