[NPInfo] AANP Recertification HELP!!

Haha, I dont ever want to speak to those people for many years. Thank goodness I dont have to for many years. 
   
  Being a new graduate and anxiously awaiting my certification so that I could apply for my state license -- I was informed that they did not have my official transcript. I know they have it because I paid for it -- but I diligently sent them another one. Two weeks later they still didnt have it. 
   
  Then I sent one certified mail so that they had to stamp a card indicating that they did receive it. The card was returned to the college, and yet they still claimed that they did not have the transcript. I sent a third copy registered mail and they signed for it and yet still they claimed that they did not have it. By this point my new job was starting to get mad... and I got on the phone with AANP and said listen you better produce it.... and suddenly three hours later they magically found it. 
   
  Yeah, like I said -- I dont really wanna deal with them anymore.
