[NPInfo] AANP Recertification HELP!!

I am in the same situation - this was not my first re-certification with  
AANP. The first time I received a card and certificate showing my new expiration  
date.
 
This time - I mailed the packet and the check was cashed. 
I have sent some 6-8 e-mails - all unanswered. 
I have called, left messages, etc.
 
I cannot get an answer from anyone - I have yet to locate a human on the  
other end.
 
Only comfort I have at this point is that ON the website it states if there  
is a problem with your re-certification - they will contact you ... so I will  
continue to e-mail BUT ... I am under the impression that NO news is GOOD  
news.
