[NPInfo] update on Linda

  Thank you very much for sharing the update. I did not know there was a sign up, and I wondered what was going on with Linda. This is very much appreciated, and if you have contact with her husband Robert, please tell him that even those that do not know his wife personally are praying for her, and for his strength as well, as I am. Here is another update on Linda’s status: 

Linda is now in the Neuro-ICU. She is undoubtedly very drained from her surgery however, she is very responsive. She knows where she is, she knows what was done, and she even knows today’s date. All things that are VERY promising since her CCM was in an area of the brain that affects her short term memory, decision making, and even her personality. I have taken a few pictures of her for those of you who would like to see. They are tame with the exception of one that shows her incision around her hairline so use your judgment to determine if you would like to see them. 

I am in the process of gathering more information from the surgeons and the post-operative doctors but those who I have seen her say she shows very positive results thus far. We are still not out of the woods yet but as time passes, we are getting closer to where we want to be. She looks good now and her color is returning slowly. She will swell due to the trauma that she experienced but as the swelling goes down, we will begin to see Linda improve rapidly. 

Again, I will keep you informed on what I know as soon as I hear more.
