I wanted to share results of our local papers annual Jacksonvilles Best
survey.  
Every year they have the local populace (POP ~225,000) vote for the best of 
everything from pizza to fine dining to medical practices, etc.   And the
winner 
this year for best medical practice as voted by the community was my very
own 
practice.
