[NPInfo] RE: San Diego Fires

I am in yuma, arizona.  and drove thru cali when the fires were  starting.  I 
have family in Jamul....  between the Witch and Harris  fire.  We had to head 
out Sycuan indian reservation monday.  My  husband couldn't fly out of san 
diego and was reschedule today out of  phoenix.  I am listening to the news and 
in NO WAY is anyone allowed to go  home.  Del Mar has evacuated.  It is truly 
castastrophic down  here.  and there is no end in sight.  The winds were so 
bad when we  were heading out of Jamul on I-8.  The pass was closed to high 
profile  vehicles yesterday.  They are saying that it is more a 'migration' than  
evacuation and that more that 750K have been asked to leave and more than 20+  
fires.

My Mom,  sister, BIL & nieces got good news - evacuation for Solana  Beach 
was  
rescinded - the risk is diminished to where they can all go home in   Solana 
Beach and Del Mar apparently.
