Do I need to audit my own charts?

This months newsletter discussed chart auditing. With increasing scrutiny on
charting and documentation, you need to consider the roll of chart audits in
your practice. Not only is the process excellent "preventive medicine" for
your practice, it is and excellent way to monitor your documentation,
billing and coding ability.
