[NPInfo] malpractice insurance

It's renewal time for my FNP malpractice insurance and I discovered on the
back of the renewal that my NSO policy which costs $1,247 ends up costing a
lot in administrative/marketing fees. A whopping 40% of the premium!

 

I took a look at Marsh, that is offered through ANA and it costs $1095 minus
10% for having ANCC certification. So I'd pay $986.50 Marsh/Affinity gets
27.5% administration fee. Better than 40%!

 

Both are "Occurrence" policies.

 

Anyone know of any reason why I should not switch?
