Speaking of NP texts....What are people using for Guidelines?  I still love
Uphold and Graham but am embarrassed to be writing 2003 as my guideline when
asked for 4np forms, etc....I also still use Hawkins for GYN.  I am going to
purchase some for the workplace as needed in NY.  Would love some input.  NY
has a long list of approved texts but I would love some comments.  Thanks.
