I am pleased to report that I have passed the first ever examination for
certification in dermatology for nurse practitioners. The Nurse Practitioner
Society of the Dermatology Nurses Association (DNA) started work on this
about 4 years ago and offered the first exam on March 27 2008 at its annual
meeting.  I now get to add the title Dermatology Certified Nurse
Practitioner to my "pedigree"
