Up for bid is my undamaged 2003 ALSO syllabus  from the Advanced Life Support 
course I took through the American Academy of  Family Physicians. I'm selling 
it because I took the course again in 2008 so I  don't need another set of 
materials. From a non smoking home. 
The 3 inch  five pound binder is packed with  excellent topics such as first 
trimester complications, medical complications,  late pregnancy bleeding, 
preterm labor/PROM, fetal surveillance, labor dystocia,  malpresentations, 
assisted vaginal delivery, shoulder dystocia,, safety in  maternity care, perineal 
lacerations, ultrasound, neonatal resuscitation,  cesarean delivery, birth 
crisis, etc. A real wealth of information for a  physician, nurse, nurse 
practitioner, midwife  or physician's  assistant.
