[NPInfo] help needed

I hate  to be asking this question BUT
My oldest Daughter is married and lives in DC  She and her Husband both are
grad students, Laura is at GW
While  Lance was in the Navy  her health care was through the Navy, however
after mismanaged back pain and Ruptured L5 Lance is now a Civilian working
for the Navy. This leaves Laura with no PCP
Their insurance has changed 2 times in the past 2 years.  As a grad student
doing a thesis- she is working at DC Children's Hospital  she is not finding
it easy  to also go out and interview PCP's and while some of the MD's at
the health center at GW  have been fantastic   she has run into 3 who are
angry that she has not yet found a pcp  

SO  my request is for off list response  please   is there anyone in the
area who  is a good pcp  for young adults.
