[NPInfo] Comments on the Dental Therapist

For some very enjoyable reading take a few minutes out and read these  
comments.
It is about the "Midlevel" dental practitioners providing care in  
Alaska. Actually the dental hygienists already have this training in  
the works.

Amazingly, NPs and PAs are compared to this new profession as the  
proof it can be done. The public knows how good we are. The most anti- 
PA and NP thread in this is from a medical student and a few from  
docs. There are also 2-3 very positive comments from docs about us.  
We are also usually noted together.

The second thing that stands out is how much the public wants this  
clinician and sees this as an ADA vs. not having the ability to pay  
problem.
So interesting.
