HI,   Please recommend the best book(s) for the NP negotiating an
agreement
with an MD who already has an established practice but wants to expand
into
a "business".  He would like to manage the care given by the
NP.(homecare)
....and therefore expand the business.  I am being offered employment.
They
really want me and the business cannot work without NPs.  I would be the
first and am in a great position to negotiate.  I cant read all of
Carolyn's
books at one time and time is of the essence.  Carolyn, please feel free
to
reply.  My better half is an attorney so we (he) has the basics but this
is
out of his realm.  Thanks.
