[NPInfo] Scoliosis

Hello group...
 
My 5 year old grandson has been diagnosed with mild scoliosis and my 
daughter-in-law is quite concerned.  She (and other members of her family) had 
scoliosis growing up and had to wear a brace in junior high so is concerned that her 
son may need to wear one in the future.  Since I am not "up" on pediatrics and 
especially scoliosis (I am a Women's Health and an Adult NP... no peds in the 
mix), I am asking the list to see how my pediatric colleagues are treating it 
(treatment and prevention).
