I can't speak for the migraines, but have you considered environmental
allergies as a possible source for these ailments? Is there something
unique to his mom's home? Allergies can manifest in unusual ways in
children. (I used to moonlight with an allergist years ago.....)
Hate to bring it up, but is it possible it's a social issue?

Hello, I have just recently subscribed to this receive these emails,
and I would like to ask all of you out there a question. I have a 9yr.
old nephew and he was never sick when he lived with us; however, he is
back with his mom and he seems to have one ailment after another. (it
was this way when he was with her prior to this also). Anyway, his
latest is: He has severe migraines. The doctors told the mom there
aren't any migraine meds approved for his age. So he is taking
excedrine and a benadryl. In actuality, how common is it for a 9yr. old
to be diagnoses with migraines and what is the standard treatment for
them? Thanks, Kim
