A good option (first heard at Margaret Fitzgerald's board review class) is riboflavin supplementation @ 400mg/day. Takes about a month show full effect.

My daughter took this as a young child. Initially she was very tired but
after a few days she developed a tolerance and was well enough to even
attend basketball camp.Good luck.
