[NPInfo] Looking for NP clinical evaluation tool

Sorry about that: I'm looking for a tool to do initial and then yearly
evaluations of new hospital-based NPs and/or PAs, who staff non-critical
main emergency department/fast-track/observation unit patients.

You didn't say if you wanted a tool to evaluate hospital based or office
based NPs. Medical Economics has one you might be able to adjust for you own
use.
