[NPInfo] pharmacist and injections

It has been happening for some time and they also give the Zostavax. I don't
feel strongly one way or the other as long as they are prepared to deal with
any allergic reactions. We have one pharmacy in our rural community that
does it. It isn't going to go away and I am sure this is another financial
issue. The small independent pharmacies are trying to stay viable and this
is one way for them to be more profitable. I notice that Walmart, at least
in our community doesn't do any injections (maybe it just isn't profitable
enough for them to do it).
