[NPInfo] Question from Dave

Dave,
I pulled my samples and left them on top of my closet.  The reps have NOT contacted me nor have they been in the office.  Of note, one did show up at office #1 (where I don't see pts but my employee MD does) and say everything is cool. So no Zetia or Vytorin from me at this time.
