You can only be?subjugated if you allow others to subjugate you.? I personally have told others that I am not a "Mid-Level provider" or an "extender", but rather an Advance Practice Clinician (thanks Dave) or "Nurse Practitioner".? Maybe the notation should be "I the Mid-Level am scribing this note for the attending who allegedly took the HPI, Physical exam and medical decision making, but was too lazy to dictate."

What do you think of this notation? I was looking up a dictation, and found it 
signed off by the PA in the following manner:
