Christine,
I've worked in the ER for years and I have never seen/heard Flomax used for
this purpose (though, it certainly makes sense). I've never had a "uro"
mention it's use to me either and I'm now feeling slighted. Do you have any
sources or articles--I would be really interested to learn a new trick.
