Nice job, Cynthia. As with our pharm campaign, our advocacy has to be continuous and reach all areas of the marketplace to be effective. Kudos to each one of you who makes a difference on a daily basis!

Subject: [NPInfo] Re: NP salaries

I know there has been threads no NP salaries before, but I wanted to share
that I have started to share NP salaries with recruiters, etc., & received
this nice email this evening. We have county positions here that remain unfilled
because they still want to pay us in the $50'sK to practice medicine, be on
call, etc., while RN's, especially per diem & agency RN's, are making more
than NP's.

Cynthia FYI because of emails from people such as yourself and some other
market data we were able to convince the client to change the pay range. The
new pay range is $40 - $45 per hour. Giving that fact along with the bonus,
the right candidate will make between $100k and $110K per year.
