I know there has been threads no NP salaries  before, but I wanted to share  
that I have started to share NP  salaries with recruiters, etc., & received  
this nice email this  evening. We have county positions here that remain 
unfilled  
because  they still want to pay us in the $50'sK  to practice medicine, be   
on 
call, etc., while RN's, especially per diem & agency RN's, are  making  more 
than NP's.

market data we  were able to convince the  client to change the pay range.

new pay range is  $40 - $45 per  hour. Giving that fact along with the bonus,
