[NPInfo] outpatient call

I don't get reimbursement. Others have told me that the average rate is $50
per night. I don't know whether or not this is accurate.

Do those of you taking outpatient call receive additional financial
reimbursement on top of your salary ?  
I am in "negotiations" with my employer ( the physician who owns the
practice ) for payment. I live in a rural area, western Pennsylvania. Would
any of you be willing to share with me how much you are reimbursed ?
