Thank you for your helpful replies. Since I'm not an NP yet, I will be  
hiring one, and I will be the clinic administrator.
 
I will print out the latest info on the CA BON site for the requirements of  
a collaborating physician. I printed it out for myself a year ago but didn't  
realize there were templates. I also have some contracts that several list  
members sent me about a year ago also, that mention duties of the  physician.
