[NPInfo] collaboration question

I have been wondering if we have put together any information regarding the liability that collaborating physicians undertake when entering a collaborative agreement with NPs.

I frequently hear physicians concerns about their liability if an NP makes a medication error or some such thing. Have any of our legal experts written anything definitive regarding this? Maybe an article or paper that I could have handy to show them when they misspeak regarding the legal ramifications of entering a collaborative agreement?
