[NPInfo] collaboration question

There are a couple of articles and publications that I recently handed to a physician who was asking about liability risk. Some of these articles are written by Carolyn Buppert.

  Note that this particularly physician also turned to her malpractice representative for guidance and information; more than likely, most physicians turn to (or rely completely on) their malpractice representative for answers.

I frequently hear physicians concerns about their liability if an NP makes a medication error or some such thing. Have any of our legal experts written anything definitive regarding this? Maybe an article or paper that I could have handy to show them when they misspeak regarding the legal ramifications of entering a collaborative agreement?
