Shelby and Priscilla:
I am back!
Have some stuff going on so I am grateful for all of my ACC/NP/PA
friends.
OK, the docs are covering their asses when they say they are there
for the NP. Why not? They truly think that's what patients want to
hear and you know what......maybe they do? That is until they meet
us. Then they know! Have studies ever been done? Is their a trust
difference between those of us that work with a doc and those that do
not when the patient is first exposed to us?? Do we really know?

About Priscillas "good guy stuff, agree and disagree. I think that
anything that says we are different is OK. I might not do it, you
might not do it, but again, do we know if it works? I personally
would not go that route.
Touchy feely is what chiropractors have used to build an entire
profession. That's a bit simplistic but somewhat true.
What I would do is just say, I WILL GIVE YOU A BIT MORE TIME. I WILL
LISTEN AND TRY TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WORRIES YOU. COME TALK TO ME. Bet I
could not keep the people away.
My thoughts on this.
Dave
