Sorry about the error message. The web code had one too many letters. I just tried downloading the file with internet explorer as well as firefox. Both work.

2. Also, some were having difficulty downloading "Nurse Practitioner &
Physician Assistant Controlled Substance Authorization by State (pdf file)".

This should be working fine now. Please let me know if you still have
problems.
