This is great, Alfredo (no Fettucini jokes!  Bet you've been pasta that a
few times, but those who know me will tell you I have a noodle loose and an
angel hair-lip.)  Is your brother Al Dente?   OK, enough, sorry, my punny
synapses are on fire, and I'm a bit pesty/pesto.  
The only thing I might suggest is allowing time at the end and on your draft
proposal for a 15 minute open dialogue session between MD's and APC's.

Sorry about the error message. The web code had one too many letters. I just
tried downloading the file with internet explorer as well as firefox. Both
