RE: PHONE TREE FROM HELL.It took me AN HOUR!! It kept telling me there was
no match in their system for my number based on the info I was providing,
but it doesn't tell you which information is the problem

I just went through the same ordeal this afternoon - 15 mins of musak until
answered - they couldn't figure out why there was "no match" to recognize me
in the system - another 15 mins on hold and then a human telling me they are
not sure what the problem is - now I got a phone message back saying try
again tomorrow and it should work.  LOL.  Thank goodness my employer covers
the fee.

LISA How did you get it resolved if they didn't recognize you in the system?
