Priscilla---
Sorry to hear you are working so hard... Me? I'm on a week's vacation and for once am just staying home and going no where. I'm staying up late, sleeping in late, running an hour a day on the beach (in between torrential rains storms), my clothes are finally all laundered (even folded and put away!), check book is reconciled, bills paid, finished one novel and started another, had a pedicure, two long soaks in the tub a day, ran all the errands that had piled up, completed the educational component for my Capstone project and submitted it to the IRB, managed to have two date-nights with my boyfriend, and even cooked him dinner last night (okay, it was a microwaved frozen dinner but that's more than he's ever gotten from me in the past 18 months). I even shaved my legs!! Tomorrow is the last day of this heavenly vacation and I think I will tackle the 2 months worth of mail that has accumulated and get stuff together for the tax man. WHEW! Maybe I need one of these week-long vacations every month to keep my life straightened out! I go back to work Friday-- just have to get through one day and then it's the weekend off <G>. And my housekeeper will get the house in order when I finally get out of it on Friday. I have decided that I LOVE not working!!!
Found my drink... life is even more better now! Ready to climb back into bed with a nice mindless trashy book.

LOLOLOL, Dena -- where's that drink? IN your "cups?" Thanks for keeping us abreast of your history! You big Boob, you!
Great reply! I needed some levity after a 12 hour shift from hell. Anyone else been out straight nonstop? Flu, depression, more OD and suicides than I've have seen in my pt. population, you name it, I've seen it the last week. My bed is calling.

Are you picking on me here, Dave??? Funny that you should put these two together-- is there a correlation? With three concussions on my medical record and having previously been a 42DD (And, no, my prior top-heaviness did NOT cause me to fall over and hit my head), I guess I have to be more than a little concerned about both of these. LOL

(much more balanced these days. Just wish I could remember where I put my drink...)

Researchers say past head trauma could explain social problems
Forgotten traumatic brain injury could explain cases of social
problems, including alcoholism, learning disabilities and chronic
homelessness, according to researchers. Some schools are trying to
identify and provide special assistance for children with learning
disabilities or behavior problems who have experienced a traumatic
head injury, and some alcohol and addiction programs are working
specifically with brain-injured adults. The Wall Street Journal (free

Study: Woman's breast size can help predict diabetes risk
Canadian researchers found women with a bra cup size D or larger at
age 20 were nearly five times more likely to develop diabetes in
middle age than women with a bra cup of size A. Researchers said the
findings were preliminary, but they speculated that fat accumulation
in the breast may influence insulin resistance. The Globe and Mail
