Congratulations to Missouri APCs!!!!!

I practice in Florida so I know that I am in one of the two states that
won't allow NPs to prescribe controlled substances. Can someone remind me
what the other state is?

Missouri Governor, Matt Blunt, signed the bill for APRNs to prescribe
controlled substances yesterday.  All of his press coverage was directed at
the amended language which permits electronic monitoring of pseudoephedrine
purchases (meth reduction) but it is signed nonetheless.
