[NPInfo] DNP: Bait and switch?

Ted,

Yeah, I feel kind of bad for the student I precepted all year who just 
graduated with her FNP/MSN.  If I were her, I be pretty pissed, as when she 
started her program, there was really hardly any talk of the DNP (and when I 
finished mine 7 years ago, there certainly wasn't).  Just last month she 
received a degree that will be basically obsolete in 4 years (grandfathered, 
or not).  Talk about a money-making scheme...
