Doesn't sound like it according to the AACN (???) paper-- "The CNL role is
not one of administration or management". I think it just makes one into a
glorified bedside nurse with a MSN degree... and there's nothing wrong with
that but our nurses who went to the orientation got offended when I
suggested that's what they would be getting/.. although none could tell me
otherwise what the degree would do for them. <G>
