Hi does anyone have suggestions on a workup that I might do for a mid
forties female who has hypohydrosis.
She simply does not sweat and this is a real problem with hot weather. It
looks like it could come with a variety of things including Horner's,
Scleroderma, Sjogren's Syndrome and SLE and a variety of other problems. She
otherwise is healthy.
